From the 27th week to the 36th, rentals are booked every 15 days by preference. House-cleaning at the end included and household linen in option.

Arrivals are planned on Saturdays from 5 pm and departures on Saturdays before 10 pm

Booking: 50% of the fee in advance, with the remainder to be paid 1 month before arrival, along with a €1,500 security.

Extra expenses: electricity and water. Mandatory certificate of insurance required
